Latihan Cara Mudah Membentuk Perut Sixpack

Latihan membentuk perut sixpack ini bisa anda lakukan dirumah tanpa harus pergi ke GYM. Yang dibutuhkan hanyalah konsisten dalam melakukannya. Berikut ini tips latihan membentuk perut sixpack.

1. Yang pertama tentunya Sit up.

Ini adalah latihan untuk membentuk otot perut bagian atas. Caranya mudah saja. Duduk lah di karpet atau yang beralas lembut dengan menekuk kedua kaki. Silangkan tangan anda di dada. Turunkan badan kebawah, tahan sebentar kemudian kembali ke posisi pertama. Di usahakan punggung jangan sampai tersentuh lantai. Lakukanlah rutin 20-50 kali rutin setiap sehari.

2. Leg raises

Latihan ini berfungsi untuk membentuk otot perut bagian bawah. Caranya dengan berbaring terlentang dan mengangkat kedua kaki ke atas sehingga membentuk sudut 45 derajat setelah itu turunkan kembali usahakan jangan menyentuh lantai. Posisi tangan lurus disamping badan menempel di lantai. Lakukan hingga 25-60 kali setiap hari.

3. Side to side

Latihan ini berfungsi untuk membentuk otot perut bagian samping. Caranya berdirilah tegap dengan kedua tangan lurus disamping badan memegang dumbblell (pemberat). Perlahan-lahan gerakan tubuh ke kiri sampai otot perut samping merasakan tekanan. Tahanlah sebentar lalu kembali keposisi semula.
